Cambridgeshire Police succeed in first RHSO application

Cambridgeshire Police has successfully obtained their first Risk of Sexual Harm Order under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 against a 67 year old former music teacher based on incidents ranging from 1967 to 2008. The Force was successful at first instance and on appeal at the Crown Court, where it was represented by James Berry instructed by Weightmans.
