Mother died after hospital failures

The jury has returned a narrative verdict following a 4 day inquest into the death of Joanne Lockham, who died while undergoing an emergency Caesarean section to deliver her son at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. The inquest heard that Mrs Lockham was incorrectly ventilated and found four serious failings in the way she was treated. Chris Johnston represented the Lockham family.
