Sarah Clarke is instructed in one of the Lawyer’s Top 20 cases for 2012

Sarah Clarke is instructed as Junior counsel for the Prosecution in the first cross-jurisdiction prosecution of insider dealing by the FSA and one that will be followed closely by the City.  The case relates to derivatives trading on the basis of inside information obtained from the US in relation to sales of various US companies.
