Judge grants order to sedate phobia patient.

Bridget Dolan acted for the Official Solicitor in a hearing in open court where it was declared by Mrs Justice Baron that NHS staff could sedate and restrain a mentally-ill woman who has a phobia about hospitals but required treatment for bladder cancer.

The order granted allows medics to use sedation following an application by hospital trust.
