In the long running litigation involving Dr Otto Chan, the Employment Tribunal made an unusual order on 1st September 2010 requiring Dr Chan to pay Barts Hospital's costs of defending Dr Chan's claim in the Employment Tribunal. Barts have been represented throughout by Angus Moon QC.
