Simon is a health and medical law specialist and has gained substantial experience in all aspects of clinical negligence and regulation of health care professionals, particularly doctors and dentists, in the seven years he has been in practice. In addition to his clinical negligence practice, Simon has also developed a particular interest in cases concerning dental negligence.

Simon is regularly instructed by the MDU, MDDUS, MPS, NHSLA and leading claimant firms.

Disciplinary work

Simon very regularly represents doctors before the Interim Orders and Fitness to Practise Panels of the GMC, and dentists before the Professional Conduct and Health Committees of the GDC. He has considerable experience of challenging decisions and determinations of the GMC and GDC by way of appeal or judicial review.
