Civil Claims  Advising and representing various forces up and down the country both in advance of and at trial in claims for malicious prosecution, false arrest, assault and false imprisonment at both jury and non-jury trials.

Discipline  Representing The Chief Constable of client Police Forces at full disciplinary hearings.

Inquests  Following deaths with police involvement. For instance, HM Coroner for Kings Cross after shooting (dead!) of psychiatric patient by SO19 officers following earlier kidnapping and resulting hostage situation (patient had begun to hit hostage around head with corkscrew when officers responded).
