Nature of Practice

Discrimination Mark has advised in and appeared before tribunals in claims involving all types of discrimination. He recently appeared before the EAT in a case involving allegations of race discrimination by a police probationer constable.

Lectures and Seminars

Mark has written and presented a number of seminars for the police service. He co-wrote and presented a 2 day seminar on the implications of the introduction of the Police Reform Act 2002 and the Independent Police Complaints Commission.
