Clinical Negligence  Extensive experience for claimants and defendants in a wide range of cases including numerous high value claims. Almost all areas covered including neurosurgery, head and neck surgery, opthalmology, orthodontics and general dentistry, spinal surgery and orthopaedics, respiratory disease and general medicine, MRSA , obstetrics, gynaecology, bowel surgery and psychiatry.
Very experienced in claims involving perinatal injury, including complex causation arguments and assessment of quantum.

Medical Ethics  Including consent in the context of drug trials.

Professional Conduct work  Internal inquiries. General Medical Council both prosecuting and defending in the Professional Conduct Committee; also extensive experience in Professional Performance, Health, Registration, Interim Orders Committee etc. and at the General Dental Council.

Inquests   Extensive experience in the Coroner`s Court, Families, Trusts, Medical Defence Organisations.
