Conrad acts for clinicians in various disciplinary tribunals, including the GMC, GDC and NMC. He also advises on issues arising out of these proceedings, including in relation to likely sanction, appeals and judicial review. Conrad has experience of successfully representing doctors at internal PCT hearings and FHSAA appeals. He also has successfully represented trainee doctors in appeals to Deanery following adverse RITA decisions.
