Conrad is a member of the employment team in chambers. He acts in all areas of employment law, although he has primarily acted for employers. Conrad has experience of drafting ET3s.”  Conrad has advised extensively on restrictive covenants. His work includes  the related field of employers’ liability personal injury cases. Conrad is also a member of the Free Representation Unit’s employment team.

Piyadasa v Secure Healthcare Limited (2008), an application to the High Court for an urgent interim injunction to require a medical practitioner’s employer to adhere to “Maintaining High Professional Standards in the Modern NHS” procedures in the disciplinary process prior to dismissal.

Y Trisha Lee v Schlumberger Ltd (2006) - Along with Angus Moon QC, Conrad advised on a case taking place in the US New Jersey District Court concerning whether a duty of care arises for an employer to advise an employee's family of the health risks of a foreign placement.
