Environmental Law and Health and Safety

The 3 Serjeants' Inn environmental and health and safety group is experienced in all types of this work, including prosecuting and defending in the criminal courts, public enquiries, parliamentary select committee enquiries, and civl actions. The group has advisory experience and a proactive approach to prosecuting and regulatory authorities, often successfully reducing proposed charges and improving relationships through negotiation and discussion with regulators and prosecuting agencies. The health and safety group has extensive experience in work related to railways, construction and engineering, the manufacturing industry, hospitals and the medical profession, universities and radioactivity.
