3 Serjeants’ Inn’s Clinical Negligence and Healthcare practice spans the full range of cases. We are particularly noted for our work in high value claims involving cerebral palsy and other catastrophic injuries. Members are regularly instructed in judicial reviews, multi-party actions such as the breast radiation litigation, and pharmaceutical product liability claims. 3 Serjeants’ Inn members frequently chair or act as advocates to public inquiries. We have a particular specialisation in medical ethics cases, acting in some of the most highly publicised of recent years.
